[Mondrian] Placing Member Properties of a level on same row as the member

I'm happy to implement the correct mdx CELL PROPERTIES + DIMENSION PROPERTIES syntax in saiku if someone would tell me how I can get it out of the result object instead of calling member.getProperties() on the axis members. To me thats the core of the issue
