[Mondrian] Placing Member Properties of a level on same row as the member

Paul, Andy,

Not sure if we're talking about the same thing, but XML/A returns dimension
properties as well.
For instance, a query like:

SELECT {[Measures].[Quantity]} ON Axis(0)
,      {[Customers].[Customer].Members} DIMENSION PROPERTIES
[Customers].[Customer].[Phone] ON Axis(1)
FROM   [SteelWheelsSales]

will return tuples like this:

<Tuple>
<Member Hierarchy="Customers">
<UName>[Customers].[Volvo Model Replicas, Co]</UName>
<Caption>Volvo Model Replicas, Co</Caption>
<LName>[Customers].[Customer]</LName>
<LNum>1</LNum>
<DisplayInfo>131072</DisplayInfo>
<Phone>0921-12 3555</Phone>
</Member>
</Tuple>
