[Mondrian] mondrian and oracle synonym

Hi Jeff,

I've added some notes to these cases so that we consider this as a
platform-wide enhancement. I can't make any promises, but I made sure that
Mondrian and others will be considered. BISERVER-7658 is the case to track.
