[Mondrian] how to enable topcount in kylin

there's no error, will return all results by default.

I'm using saiku, there's 'Top 10' function but not works.

I also tried Mysql, it works well. so I'm wondering what I need to do if I
want to enable topcount feature in new Dialect like kylin

Anything I missed?
