[Mondrian] Mondrian 4, Pentaho 6 CE, Saiko

Oh just before everyone thinks I'm just having a strop. We made the
dropping M3 decision last week during a completely unrelated discussion,
I'm not just throwing my toys out the pram, Pentaho Corp can do as it likes
:)
