[Mondrian] Mondrian 4, Pentaho 6 CE, Saiko

I think the problem is that there's tons of stuff shared between m3 and m4,
but I'm not a legal guy. I'll ask...

However, I kinda don't understand what stops that work to happen over the
existing EPL license....  But like I said, my knowledge around legal stuff
is pretty much inexistent... :(
