Hi Everyone,

Actually I resolved this, the ant build worked. "ant jar"

I got the jar file and used the other jar files like olap-xmlaserver.jar
from the lib to resolve the DefaultXmlaServlet.java

But now the problem is- the earlier Foodmart.xml definition fail to work
with the sample Xmla queries.

I am wondering whether the cube definition protocol got changed with the

MEMBER [Measures].[Measures].[Profit Per Unit Shipped]
  AS '[Measures].[Profit] / [Measures].[Units Shipped]',
[$member_scope] = 'CUBE',
SELECT FROM [Warehouse and Sales]'
    at mondrian.olap.ConnectionBase.parseStatement(ConnectionBase.java:100)
    at mondrian.olap.ConnectionBase.parseQuery(ConnectionBase.java:55)
    at mondrian.server.Locus.execute(Locus.java:88)
    at mondrian.server.Locus.execute(Locus.java:73)
    ... 64 more
Caused by: mondrian.olap.MondrianException: Mondrian Error:MDX object
'[Measures].[Profit last Period]' not found in cube 'Warehouse and Sales'

This was perfectly working in Mondrian 3x. Any clue what is going on here?

Please advise.

Thanks and regards,

Hi All,

It seems there is no support for "war" build in Mondrian

Is there any API(Support for MDX and xmla) details for this version? I did
not find a way how to access this Mondrian.

After building(maven or ant) I have the jar file which has Mondrian class

I tried building with maven for the war file but it had files missing like

I also tried to use the compiled files(as a jar) available in the
sourceforge but there DefaultXmlaServlet.class is missing. It is inherited
by MondrianXmlaServlet. And DynamicDatasourceXmlaServlet inherits
MondrianXmlaServlet. So how does this even compile? I am really confused.
And the xmla servlet entry class is DynamicDatasourceXmlaServlet.

Please let me know what I am missing here.

Do we have any updated documentation on how to build Mondrian 4.x other
than this

Please suggest.

Thanks and regards,
