[Mondrian] Mondrian 4 artifact id

Given that both Mondrian 3 and Mondrian 4 have continued to coexist, we've had an ongoing challenge with handling artifact resolution in our builds for various projects.  To make life easier we're now considering assigning Mondrian 4 a new artifact id (something like mondrian-ipa).

This will help reduce some of the headaches of build maintenance and more clearly distinguish the two .jars.

Any thoughts or concerns?
