[Mondrian] Monitoring Mondrian via JMX

The code is still in a branch owned by Matt Campbell (
https://github.com/mkambol/mondrian/tree/jmx ). He has demonstrated it to
the internal team but the story never got much traction and was left on the
backlog. ( http://jira.pentaho.com/browse/MONDRIAN-1448 )

If there's traction for it now, we can try to squeeze it in.
