[Mondrian] Mondrian 4 as a Pentaho Plugin

Ah right, if I define JNDI connections in context.xml and add 
java:comp/env/ to the datasource string then it starts to resolve them 
but, the code expects a OlapConnection object to come back from the 
getConnection call, but we get a MondrianOlap4jConnectionJdbc41 object 
instead....
