[Mondrian] Mondrian 4 as a Pentaho Plugin

Hello Tom,

With a 5.1 server, all you need to do is use "jdbc:mondrian4" instead of
"jdbc:mondrian" as the URL prefix and it should work out of the box.

Let us know if you run into any issues.
