[Mondrian] XmlaExtra - Mondrian3 vs Mondrian4

Julian,

I knew that. The XmlaExtra class has bloated a lot. I've figured that this
means we have to work on olap4j 2.0 now. I've already started working on
some parts here and there in the pentaho platform and olap4j.

Would it be possible to merge the olap4j2 branch into olap4j now? What's
the current status of that branch? We'll need to modify the other projects
as well and I'd rather not have to deal with jar madness.
