[Mondrian] Accepting pull requests

Mondrian committers,

We are doing two-branch development.

If you accept a pull request into master branch, you also need to accept it into lagunitas. Or merge it manually using "git cherry-pick" or patch. Or log a jira case. Or make a note that there is another pull request into lagunitas branch. Or make a note in the pull request that the change is not appropriate on lagunitas (e.g. it relates to code or a feature that has been removed).

If you do none of the above, the change will not make it into lagunitas.

That is my understanding of the process. Does anyone have a different idea.
