[Mondrian] MONDRIAN-1608 - NullPointerException on NON EMPTY crossjoin in virtualcube

Hello Mondrian developers,

Last week we encountered a bug in mondrian and I made this JIRA:
http://jira.pentaho.com/browse/MONDRIAN-1608

We are working on an application which makes usage of virtual cubes and
are stuck with this exception. I'm writing you because we would like to
fix this issue and I hope you have some hints how to do so.

I looked into the code a while but its not clear why the level does not
have the starKeyColumn set. From what I see the schema is read properly.
So if you have time to look into this it would be much appreciated.
