[Mondrian] mondrian 4 and olap4j 1.1.0

Thanks for spotting this.

Seems like the olap4j tentative jar for 1.1.0 contains two entries of
nls.properties and it makes Retroweaver fail. Good thing we saw it early.
I'll re-issue an olap4j release and things should be back to normal.
