[Mondrian] Mondrian 4 XSD

I get the impression that there is an error in the dtd.

I think

<!ELEMENT Measures ((MeasureOrRef)*)>

should be:

<!ELEMENT Measures (((%MeasureOrRef;))*)>

and

<!ELEMENT MeasureOrRef EMPTY>

should be

<!ENTITY % MeasureOrRef "Measure|MeasureRef">
