[Mondrian] SQL WHERE clause

Can someone please direct me to the appropriate mondrian class that enables
to generate WHERE clause in SQL statements?
I want to modify the code such that mondrian always generates WHERE in sql
statements and always appends to it a condition based on some session
variables.
