[Mondrian] Annotations

In my last message, it was probably pretty clear what I wanted, but I forgot to say explicitly.

If you are developing a tool that uses annotations in the Mondrian schema, please let me know what those annotations are. It would be really nice to have a comprehensive list. The list will be in the mondrian-4 schema doc (latest draft is here: http://www.hydromatic.net/schema4.html#Annotation ).
