[Mondrian] Saiku plugin has old Mondrian 4

Maybe this is because the pentaho repo is not a real SNAPSHOT repository.
I manually forced the CI server to update the SNAPSHOTs for one build and made it use the mvn -U flag.

I hope this improves it. I'll try and keep an eye on it.

If anyone knows how to fix this on a CI server let me know..
