[Mondrian] How to specify the location of mondrian.properties file

Or you could manually load them in a lifecycle listener from a given file:

> MondrianProperties.instance().load(<reader/stream>_)_

That solves the problem for the mondrian.properties, not for the 
localization file locale.properties, which still have to be somewhere in 
the classpath.
