[Mondrian] XML/A problems

Gents,

There was a change in IE and the headers it sends to Mondrian. IE was not
sending 'text/xml' as a supported content type. Mondrian will now consider
that the content type '*/*' means to fallback to SOAP by default.

Cheers!
