Apologies for the delayed return from the festive break...

2 Files attached

DialectTest.java has been updated to resolve Greenplum dialect test  
failures on the following tests:
	testRequiresUnionOrderByExprToBeInSelectClause
	checkForceNullCollation
	testAllowsSelectNotInGroupBy

MondrianFoodMartLoader.java has been updated to ensure data loader  
works with Greenplum

I'm working now on the XMLA/Excel tests you require
