[Mondrian] Mondrian release 3.2

We are planning on making a mondrian-3.2 release in the next month, to be
included in Pentaho 2.6/Pentaho Data Integration 4.0.
 
It will basically be the current state of the 3.2 branch, plus:

*	change to 'slim down' RolapCubeMember 


*	possibly we will change the default value of
mondrian.rolap.EnableRolapCubeMemberCache to false (if we can do it without
hurting performance)

*	build and include latest version of JPivot

Code freeze is slated for Apr 20th.
