[Mondrian] Aggregates don't work in vertica

All JDBC drivers have their quirks! We will definitely apply the patch.

If Vertica acknowledge that it is an issue with their driver, please the
Vertica issue number so we can potentially remove the patch when they've
fixed the problem.
