[Mondrian] Suggestion: enable XInclude at Mondrian schema parser

I'm not very familiar with XInclude, but it sounds like a good idea, as long
as it doesn't break backwards compatability.
 
Can you please log a feature request at http://jira.pentaho.com/.

Hello.

It would be perfect to have possibility to break the scheme on some files,
and to combine them together by <xi:include/>. Right now XInclude is
disabled at the parser of the scheme.
