[Mondrian] Anyone running JDK 1.4?

Thanks, Julian.  I just ran the tests with my changes, and am seeing  
the same errors as on my system.  Ah well, maybe I'll have to  
restructure RowsetDefinition after all.

The 6 tests failures in the one you ran all appear to involve group by  
grouping sets.  Don't really have the bandwidth to dig any deeper  
tonight, I'm afraid.
