[Mondrian] VisualTotals and Excel 2007

I fixed the test today, on the main branch. I integrated the fix (and the
fix for MONDRIAN-295) to the //open/mondrian-release/3.1 branch, if that's
more convenient.

Looking forward to those Excel 2007 test cases & fixes. When do you think
you will be able to post them?
