[Mondrian] XMLA response size

I have created  <http://jira.pentaho.com/browse/MONDRIAN-597>
http://jira.pentaho.com/browse/MONDRIAN-597 to allow compressed XMLA
requests/responses. Will also require work on olap4j XMLA driver to exploit
this.
 
Matt, you should also create a separate case for your requirements.
