[Mondrian] aggregate designer patches

If anyone on this list has commit access to the following tree in 
Pentaho subversion:

svn://source.pentaho.org/svnroot/pentaho-aggdesigner/trunk

Would it be possible to patch in the MondrianDialect.java change noted here?

Also, the aggdesigner UI is currently attempting to use transactions 
against the target DBMS.  For databases such as LucidDB which support 
autocommit only, it would be nice to be able to specify an override to 
disable transaction usage.
