[Mondrian] Names vs. Unique Names

We added the following property to prevent these shortcut expressions:

  mondrian.olap.elements.NeedDimensionPrefix<http://mondrian.pentaho.org/api/mondrian/olap/MondrianProperties.html#NeedDimensionPrefix>
