[Mondrian] Olap4j Proxy interface change

This is a message to anyone who has committer access to Mondrian. As of
Olap4j SVN 098, the XmlaOlap4jDriver.Proxy interface is now known as
org.olap4j.driver.xmla.proxy.XmlaOlap4jProxy.

Please modify the mondrian.olap4j.MondrianInprocProxy class accordingly.

Sorry for the disruptiveness of compatibility, but this was needed for major
performance enhancements issues.
