The machine will be moving to a different network in the same server
room.  The actual downtime should be less than an hour if all goes well,
probably around 6pm PST.  I'll send out mail before and after.

When the server comes back up, its new IP address will be 71.6.42.27.
I'm currently reducing the DNS TTL in preparation for the change.
