There's no way to do this in mondrian using access control. Recall that if a
member is visible, its ancestors are automatically visible.
 
You could remove the all member.
 
You could also define a 'top visible level' using access control.
 
But it's probably easier to solve the problem in the client which is
rendering the output.

The 1st column shows ALL .  This is also applicable in displaying chart
example
 
All customers
USA
Austrilia
Germany
 
In the above case, how to stop displaying ALL in tabular report and in chart
