[Mondrian] Msaccess issues on CruiseControl box

Moving to MySQL seems like a good idea - but before you do so, can you log a
bug on Richard Emberson? He introduced the csv mechanism. We do need the
test suite to run reliably on all databases that we support.

We have been experiencing intermittent errors with ms access on
CruiseControl box. Errors occur in the tests where csv data gets loaded into
the database. We are in the process of migrating to mysql 

Please ignore the recent build fail messages. I will send separate email
when CruiseControl is up and running again
