Hmmm, I thought I was seeing a whole load of failures.
If DialectTest.testAllowsDdl() is the only problem, then I've fixed it.
A long time ago Access would disallow DDL, but I guess that's because
the .mdb file was read-only. I've fixed the Dialect to use

Is the sql "create table [foo] ([i] integer)" expected to fail with
Access? It executes fine in Access 2003. Looks like this is the cause
for the test failures.
