[Mondrian] generateSql output to a file

Currently, those messages go to System.out, which is not very useful. I am
testing out a change that makes the messages go to log4J, so you can set
up an appender to send them to a file or elsewhere.

More specifically, in the FAQ:

I saw the note that " Also provided is a log4j.properties file.". 
Unfortunately there does not appear to be such a file in the current 
Mondrian download; so I don't have an example in there to follow for the 
specifics of adjusting the logging.
