[Mondrian] Tracker [ 1755778 ] CrossJoin / Filter query returns null row in result set

I just submitted a Tracker (1755778) for an issue regarding MDX queries
that have a crossjoin and a filter. Basically when the query is run
initially the result set only has one row with a null value (which is
unexpected). However if a similar MDX query without the filter is
executed prior to running the query with the filter then the expected
result set is returned. Attached to the tracker is a modified version of
the BasicQueryTest used to reproduce the problem.  This was not observed
with Mondrian 2.2.2. Has anyone else observed similar behavior ? Below
