You won't find this valuable resource at sf.net/projects/mondrian (it's 
there but hidden).  And you won't find it at 
http://lists.pentaho.org/mailman/listinfo/mondrian.  The migration to 
pentaho.org was advertised as archive-preserving, but looks like that 
never happened.

Luckily, good old http://freshmeat.net/projects/mondrian has the link:
