[Mondrian] Problem with aggregate tables..

I've checked in the code mentioned below.  Please let me know if you
encounter any issues.  I'm going to continue down the path of phasing
out levelToColumnMap, along with investigating the other open bugs
related to the RolapCubeMember architecture.
