[Mondrian] Mondrian build.1250 Build Successful

If you do two checkins is quick successions does it launch
a build for the first checkin and queue a follow-on
build for the second checkin?
If you only checkin a documentation change (MONDRIAN_HOME/doc)
is it smart enough to only do a documentation re-build?

Still, its a good idea; one gets quick feedback.
