[Mondrian] RolapStar ThreadLocal's not static

The data is meant to be visible to the rolap star only, it should not be
shared among all stars.  

It are multiple threads having their own data for a particular star.

Just a question, why are the two ThreadLocal's in the RolapStar class
not static variables? Currently, each RolapStar instance gets its own
ThreadLocal instance variables which is ..., well, I guess, I don't
understand why.
