[Mondrian] RolapStar ThreadLocal's not static

Just a question, why are the two ThreadLocal's in the
RolapStar class not static variables? Currently,
each RolapStar instance gets its own ThreadLocal
instance variables which is ..., well, I guess, I don't
understand why.
