Virtual Cube and add a calculated measure to it, applying a formatter to it
(FORMATTER="com.acme.myformatter") it doesn't get applied. Applying the same
formatter to a cube calculated member works fine.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

size=2>RolapVirtualCubeMeasure.java has a getFormatter method that returns the
formatter for the cube measure - should there be a check in here for the case
where the virtual cube measure doesn't have a cube measure behind
