[Mondrian] Lazy validation of Calculated Members

Sounds like a feature which will cause more problems than it solves. I
think you should just live with it. We have enough properties already.
How many calc members do you have? It should be able to validate
hundreds per second. Consider tuning the validation process (there might
be an O(n^2) perf bug somewhere).
If the server startup is only a problem during development, use a
smaller schema file with fewer members during development.

If you must do it, please make it an option via a Mondrian
property. Some of us want to know when things startup
that everything is ok, rather than wait an hour for
some user to tell us that a query does not work.
